Drinking a Coke/Soda within 1 hour will react to your body system

What benefit you can get in consuming soda or sugary product available in the market ?. Consuming soft drinks is bad for body which science cannot even state the reasons and consequences will get by the consumer. Because this is multi national  product which is purely business and if you happen to look the nutritional value on the can or bottle just high percentage of carbohydrates which destroy our body organism.
